This year, and excuse this cause this will be an extremely bimbotic post, but I'd like to be able to afford / do the following:
Hate facials but love masks so am gonna get some & pamper myself ttm heh heh heh. Maybe beg for some SK-II ones. Wah having orgasms already
Browhaus once/month (Lae, happy??) - probably gonna (get Mom to) get me some package deals so this will be kinder to my (currently mad pathetic) wallet
Hopefully two new books from Borders per month!!! Last year I only managed to read about 20 books. Nothing that I was particularly fond of, unfortunately. Maybe Mom will do a better job at this.
(Maybe I should email this list to her...........)
Get new makeup to go with my Shu Umera brush set I got from my aunt for Xmas!!! It's so pretty I can't bear to use it with my current stash of make-up.
(In fantasyland, I'd have one make-up set (basic okay! Just foundation, blusher, eyeliner, lip gloss & mascara) for my bag, one to put at home (in case I leave aforementioned set in the car), and one for the car (lest I leave the bag one at home). Hahahahaha, dreams!
And hopefully by Valentine's Day get Lae a BB since her phone's super fucked up already. Unfortunately she just renewed her plan last year so we'd have to get a whole new plan for her :( Apparently during Valentine's Day the 3 serves will offer 'couple-promotions'. Would really like to get a BB since I can't get push-mail from my iPhone but am NOT gonna sell away the iPhone. Also, the iPhone / BB fight is ridiculous. They're just phones what the fuck.
And reminder to self (and Lae): get bunnies battery-operated fan + cooling pad since they rarely get air-con now :( Probably 1 or 2 hours per day. My poor bunnies :(
For Christmas this year, I'd like to get my Mom something nice. Preferably a Hermes wallet (since her Ferragamo one is dying, as is my own.......) but that's a pretty far-fetched dream, since its retail price is a pretty astronomical number - but I know she'll love it!

Nevertheless! Crazy proud! Feel like I'm a parent watching as my kid goes up the podium to receive her degree and throw her hat hahaha omg what the fuck is wrong with me.
But she deserves it. Like 101%. She slogs like crazy and she's the biggest workaholic I know. She's so loyal to her boss (of over 20 years) and thankfully, he sees that!
With this, it's gonna be (hopefully) easier for her to reach her goals :>
This house is lovely but I know she hates the aunty politics and the stupid rules. She also says she's working towards getting a house each for the brat and myself and seriously, how sweet is that?? (Although I suspect it's things like that that make me so dependent and spoilt -.-)
(I also saw Lae heave a huge sigh of relief from the corner of my eye...........)
The other day at Malaysia, over sotong and the best stingray ever, I asked Beryl & WY what success meant to them (to Lae, success would mean being able to spend freely without having to worry. Unlike now. Hahahahah). In GP, we always had to clarify the terms used in the question first. So words like 'success' would mean very different things to different people. They all but answered my question. But to me it's simple. If I am, at 46, half the person that my Mom is today, I would then be successful. To me. If I were half the mother, half the boss, half the person that she is, then I'd know that I've made it.
Somehow, right now, that seems so far-fetched to me, but maybe one day I'd get there. Hopefully one day I'd get there.

A day after Xmas, I was just counting how much I had left in my bank. Please note that I've been so broke before Xmas that I haven't even had the money to get my MOM and my GF ANYTHING for Christmas. Know how shitty tht makes me feel? Nevermind, I remembered the $25.
I'd readily admit that $25 is not a lot of money, AT ALL. I've lent FRIENDS more than that. MUCH more. It's not about the money. It's that we're not even fucking close.
Also, I've heard shit stories about you. Witnessed them first hand. But I've never harboured anything bad towards you. You told a table full of CLASSMATES that your BEST FRIEND suffers from Bulimia. Throughout the afternoon, I've been exchanging messages with 'Andrea', if she even exists
First, T is supposedly undergoing retail training in HK (and will only be back mid-Jan). First, it's made superbly clear that she got a job at Cotton On, and was buying Cotton On clothes like crazy since they can claim for some of the clothes they buy. BUT, it doesn't make sense for Cotton On, or ANYONE ELSE for that matter, to provide someone with retail training all the way at HK for half a month especially if and when the employee can only work for a couple of months before having to start school right?! IN ANY CASE, COTTON ON DOESN'T PROVIDE RETAIL TRAINING OVERSEAS.
Later, the story was changed to, 'she's working for a boutique at FEP'
After I told 'Andrea' the above (doesn't make sense for company to bla bla bla', 'retail training' suddenly became 'getting stocks for future boutique she's opening with some pals' and she 'quit Cotton On once she started the venture'.
Less than an hour after I pretty much settled everything with 'Andrea', I received another message from 'Andrea' - 'Tess, your friend nicc tried contacting you. Get back to her or something when you're back'
Somehow, I don't think I need to tell 'Andrea' that she got the wrong person.
You know what. Jing kept telling me tday that this is all my fault and I should be 100% responsible. I am and I know she's right. What I cannot stand is her FUCKING BULLSHIT and lies. A normal person would think I'm overreacting. But people who know T? Funny how they understand completely.

That aside, if the story really is true, then T,
I hope you're having a SMASHIN' time at HK getting stocks and I hope wherever you're residing at now, hotel or motel (then again, so much money, can definitely afford hotel right???) will stop drilling at 9am in the morning! I also hope you didn't feel too tired during your 4 hour plane ride to HK, considering you had a church concert last night at 8! (And somehow managed to be in HK by 1am when 'Andrea' texted me). Wow, busy busy day, huh?
'Andrea' has so very kindly 'offered' to transfer me the money. If this doesn't happen by tonight, this SHIT will go onto FB.

First I have to say... wow... almost 700 people added me even though there is no locked entry here! Thanks people! Hehe :)
Finally I’m done with the dramas/movies index! I have to say that It was a lot more difficult than I thought.
Besides the drama index, I changed a few things here and there in the index, I hope it will be more useful now.
Drama/movie index:
- I listed all the dramas of almost every johnny who ever participated in a drama, including juniors and sempais. The index include subbed dramas and not subbed dramas, something like what I did before in the pv index. Like always, if you spot any mistake or you know a drama that I don’t, please let me know!
- The drama titles link to the pages on dramawiki, whether is subbed or not (obviously, only if the drama has a page on dramawiki). The names of the johnnys also link to their respective pages on dramawiki.
- The subtitled dramas are in bold text.
- I added links to the fansubbers’ original posts (if they still exist) and I also added links to the posts on jdramas and asian-doramas, mostly because there are some old dramas that aren’t available anymore or the torrents don’t have any seeds. Still, download from the original post is always the better thing to do, but if you can’t, the ideal would be to help seeding in d-addicts after you complete your download.
- I also added the number of episodes, the format of the subtitles (hard or soft subs) and the aired date.
- The index is divided in two parts because it was too long and my actual web hosting server doesn’t allow pages of more than 500 kb :S
- In the end of the list there is a little information about Kindaichi stories, because the info on dramawiki is a little confusing and has mistakes, and those dramas include a considerable number of johnnys. Feel free to correct me if the information I got is wrong.
- Obviously, only dramas from 1990 to present are in the list. There isn't even enough information about older dramas so...
- If you want me to add a junior or sempai to the list, ask me :)
- Some advices: if you want to download dramas you should become familiar with torrents, d-addicts page; and join communities like jdramas or asian-doramas. Don’t ask me how to download from torrents, how to find them, or how d-addicts works: google is your friend. I’m sure you’ll find the way :)
About dramas/movies updates:
- It’s impossible for me to update the drama index daily, mostly because a lot of dramas are posted in different forums and websites, and I don’t have enough time to check each one of them everyday. However, in some cases, I will be able to update everyday, specially if the fansub have a community on LJ, or if I’m following that drama. The rest of the dramas will be updated once in a while. --In SBK fansubs they almost ask you to do a handstand to be able to join, so, unless somebody keep me up to date, it would be impossible for me to update their dramas (I think they post their new updates on livejournal, but I don’t know if they do it with every drama or if they do it regularly)--
Site changes:
-Added a link on the header to Shounen club index, and by request of Ohmiya_sg, a link to the concert section.
-Added an “old updates” page, with two months updates, below the updates table. Now if you go on holidays you won’t have any problems to be updated :)
-"DVDs, Making of, Concerts" section changed. Now the section is only for concert dvds and other dvds. Countdown, stageplays and making ofs have their own section separately. The “making of” section is for dramas, movies & pvs makings.
